Our mission is to feed those that are unable to feed themselves, and use the meat as a gift to the people, along with sharing the Gospel of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

We are a family of five Joe 36, Melissa 35, James 10, Kelsie 7, and Jacob 5. We believe that the Holy Bible is the infallible word of God and that the only way to be saved from eternal separation from the Lord is to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Our ministry was officially formed in 2003. The processing and distribution of the meat started in 2001. Our vision was formed when attending Alamo City Christian Fellowship Church. We were visiting one Sunday and they were showing the projects in which they were doing to further God’s Kingdom. After watching this video for 30 minutes, my prayer was that the Lord show me what it was that he had for me to do in a daily walk. Before leaving the sanctuary He had given me the idea of the meat ministry. "

I was a rancher/hunting outfitter. We handled a couple of hundred deer a year. After doing some calculations I had access to around 14 thousand pounds of meat without even trying. The Covenant Ranch generously donated a walk-in freezer and a meat grinder to the mission. Then we started collecting harvested game and grinding meat. At the years end we had grounded or wrapped around 20,000 pounds.

In our search for needy places the first season we found a mission church in Guerrero Mexico, an orphanage in Mier Mexico, also a Christ centered drug rehab in Corpus Christi, Texas. In 2004-2005 season we have processed over 1,300 deer and hogs. Our distribution has grown to 9 different orphanages, 4 Christ centered drug rehabs, several street missions and outreaches where we have served over 25,000 tacos. Our outreaches are from Mexico prisons to American college campus’s. The meat is going with teams into remote areas of Mexico spreading the Gospel to villages who have never heard before. Some don’t even have a Bible written in there own language.

Our prayer for this year is to be able to process all the game donated to us with teams from churches and other place. We are located just outside of San Marcos Texas.
